CSSHouse Consulting provides web design, development, SEO, paid advertising, and related digital marketing services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a written proposal or statement of work signed by both parties.
3. Payment
Fees, payment schedules, and refund policies are set out in each individual engagement agreement. Overdue invoices may incur late fees and pause active work until resolved.
4. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client, except for third-party assets, open-source components, and our internal tooling — which remain governed by their respective licenses.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect any confidential information shared during an engagement and to use it solely for the purpose of delivering the services.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CSSHouse Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
